ZestNexus has a NO REFUND policy, service/membership fees are non-refundable all sales are final.
No Refund/Cancellation Policy for Self-Pay Services Once paid. If a customer desires to cancel their services or stop using the plan then there are no refund plans. For canceled plans and services that are being paid for on a monthly basis, billing will stop at the time of cancellation. By making a purchase of a plan or service on a ZestNexus site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the ZestNexus No Refund Policy.

Screenshots are captured at intervals determined by the employer.
Only the currently visible window at the time of capture is recorded.
How We Use Screen Recording Data
Screen recording data is collected for the following purposes:
Employee Productivity Monitoring: Screenshots help employers monitor employee activities during work hours.
Time Log Accuracy: By reviewing screenshots, employers can verify the accuracy of logged work hours and ensure accountability.
Operational Improvements: Data insights are used to improve organizational efficiency and identify potential bottlenecks in workflows.
Screenshots are processed and stored securely on Cloudflare R2. They are accessible only via our API hosted at https://api.zestnexus.com, and are displayed on the ZestNexus web application at https://zestnexus.com.
We do not share screen recording data with third parties. Screenshots are accessible only to:
Employers: Screenshots are displayed to the employer of the user who has enabled the tracker functionality.
Authorized Personnel: ZestNexus team members may access this data for debugging or support purposes, strictly adhering to confidentiality protocols.
Storage Location: Screenshots are stored securely on Cloudflare R2. Links to these files are maintained in our MongoDB database.
Retention Period: Data is retained as long as necessary for the employer to fulfill monitoring and operational requirements. Employers have the discretion to delete screenshots from their dashboard.
Data Security: We implement industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect stored data.
ZestNexus respects user privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. As a user, you have the right to:
Request Access: Review screenshots collected while the tracker is active.
Request Deletion: Submit a request to delete your data if you are no longer associated with an employer using ZestNexus.
Withdraw Consent: Stop the tracker to prevent further data collection.
